We are pleased to invite you to this year’s special NRI-Conference with focus on creating a Nordic model for Personalized Medicine.
Our speakers armed with expertise will provide their perspectives to important topics related to personalized medicine, cross border patients, user involvement, privacy of genetic data and data sharing. The full program can be viewed here.
One of our key note speakers this year is Kári Stefánsson, the CEO of deCODE. Dr. Stefánsson is recognized as a leading figure in human genetics and will give a talk on Genetics in the era of Personalized Medicine.
We are also proud to announce that professor Jane Kaye, the Director of the Centre for Health, Law and Emerging Technologies (HeLEX) at University of Oxford will be sharing her thoughts on dynamic consent – a new approach to consent that engages individuals in the use of their personal information.
Speakers also include Mark Caulfield from Genomics England, Sir John Burn – Clinical Geneticist from Newcastle UK, Charlotte Videbæk from Innovation Fund Denmark, Ass. Prof Louise Locock from University of Oxford UK, and Dr Morten Mau-Sørensen from Rigshospitalet in Denmark.
